Did you know?

You can reduce and even eliminate the need for adjustments by changing your diet.

Here is how it works. You have heard you are what you eat. Well, literally what you put in your mouth is what builds you body, every cell in your body comes from the nutrients you digest.

So, if you are eating foods, or snacks that are full of the wrong fats, sugar, and starch, you are building a weak body with weak or tight muscles which then pull or loosen their hold on your spine or joints and cause you to need frequent adjustments.

The solution is to eat a balanced meal which consists of good organic or grass-fed, pastured meat, a variety of vegetables and good fats. You will notice it does not include grains, we are talking, breads, pasta, cereals, etc. Also, we all know that sugar is bad for your health. Well, sugar affects your immune system, your digestion, your mood, and a load of other things. So, the first thing would be to eliminate all sugars. If you are suffering from recurring back aches and joint pain, it means all sugars, including honey and maple syrup. Once your body has had time to rebuild stronger muscles and joints, a little bit of honey or maple syrup will not hurt, but it is not what builds a healthy and strong body.

How long does it take to rebuild a healthy and strong body, so you ask? Well, they say every 7 years all your organs and cells are renewed. Different organs take different amounts of time to rebuild but cells renew daily to build these organs. So technically, if you ate a clean diet for 7 years, you would have a brand new, healthy, and strong body.
