In order to have strong bones a few things need to happen. You need calcium because the bones are formed from calcium. The best source of calcium is from dairy products but unfortunately when the dairy product is pasteurized the calcium is compromised and is not easily absorbable. You can consume raw cheese which is now available in health stores. Yogurt may be a good source as well if not pasteurized plus the benefit of good bacteria for your gut.

Another factor is also engaging in regular walks which strengthen your bones. When your feet and legs carry your body weight, more stress is placed on your bones, making your bones work harder and building strength over time.

That said there are supplements you can take to help strengthen and build bones.

Schedule a visit and get tested to see which one(s) will work for you.
