Spiced Passion Fruit-Yogurt Smoothie

Here is a great recipe for a great start of your morning. Protein can be added to the drink if you have a higher protein demand. 

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 ripe banana or avacado cut into pieces
¼ cup passion fruit juice concentrate
¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper


1- Combine yogurt, strawberries, banana, juice concentrate, pumpkin pie spice and white pepper in blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
2- Pour into glasses.
3- Decorate with sliced strawberries if desired.
4- Serve immediately.
