Here is a supplement that accomplishes much!
Good for Tissue calcium starvation, calcium assimilation problems, hypothyroid, herpes simplex, ridged nails, poor hair quality, dry skin, muscles cramps, “Charley Horse”, hypervitaminosis D (see below), sunburn, sun poisoning, sun sensitivity, heat prostration, prostate problems.
Source of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are used to transport calcium from blood to tissues. It contains linolenic, linoleic, and arachidonic acids. Cataplex F is a source of iodine for thyroid support.
Too much Vitamin D is called hypervitaminosis D which is a deficiency in vitamin F. That’s why people who are in the sun a lot get thick skin if they don’t eat enough vitamin F, which is primary in oils. They get hives and sunstroke. Sunstroke involves high blood calcium levels with low tissue calcium levels. Vitamin F resolves this and can help prevent cancer from sun exposure.
