As mentioned in my first post; One of the best workouts is simply a brisk walk. You may find that once you are a pro at walking that you feel up to a light jog or run. It is up to you.
Continued from last post.
My last post had the last week of the gradient approach to brisk walking which is 5 weeks of varied gradients to get you to a point where you can easily do a brisk walk lasting 25 minutes.
If you wish to try running go back to my first post and follow the same gradients for all 5 weeks but instead of doing a brisk walk where mentioned, substitute a jog until you have done all 5 weeks and can easily job for 25 minutes.
One last note – Do not forget to stretch before and after your walk or job.
