We all use shampoos, soaps, lotions, deodorants, etc. during our daily grooming but it is important to choose these products wisely. Many contain toxic chemicals. When you look at the list of ingredients and you do not know what the ingredient is or even have a hard time pronouncing the name, it is most likely a chemical and without knowing its effect on your skin, you are most likely absorbing toxins that over time accumulate and can cause problems with your skin and your health.
You can go to https://ewg.org/skindeep/ to search ingredients and see their rating. The rating appears in green (good), yellow (not so good) and red (dangerous). You can also find a list of products they have tested and recommend as toxin free.
